Bergen - November 2023

In November 2023, I had the opportunity to travel to Bergen, the second largest city in Norway. The city is located on the west coast of Norway, surrounded by picturesque mountains and fjords that are simply breathtaking. The architectural design of the houses in Bergen is unique and charming. The houses are painted in vibrant colours and have steep roofs, which is a reflection of the city's rich history and culture. During my stay, I had the chance to explore the city and its surroundings. One of the highlights of my visit was taking a funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen, where I got a panoramic view of Bergen. The view was stunning, with the colourful buildings and fjords below me. I also visited the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bryggen, which is a historical wharf in Bergen. The wharf is lined with colourful wooden buildings that date back to the 14th century. Although my stay was brief, I was able to experience the charm and beauty of Bergen. I would highly recommend visiting the city, even if it's just for a short time. The city has so much to offer, from its rich history and culture to its natural beauty and outdoor activities.
